Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access to and use of this website. By using this Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full, including any future modifications. Additional guidelines, rules, or policies posted in specific areas of the Site are also considered part of these Terms and Conditions and are hereby incorporated by reference.
Discounted Packaging™ reserves the right to revise the content of the Site or these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
All content used in your submitted designs or materials is your sole responsibility. You agree not to use copyrighted, trademarked, or protected content without obtaining permission from rightful owners. By placing an order, you confirm you hold all necessary rights to use and reproduce such content. You indemnify Discounted Packaging™ from any claims resulting from unauthorized content use.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You are solely responsible for any content (text, images, designs) you upload or submit. By submitting content, you affirm that it does not violate the rights of any third party. Discounted Packaging™ is not liable for monitoring content, though it reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or infringing. You agree to protect your account credentials and accept responsibility for any orders made through your account.
By submitting content for print, you grant Discounted Packaging™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
DESIGN FILES
Low-resolution design files (72 DPI) are provided by default. For access to high-resolution files, contact our support team at support@discountedpackaging.com for a custom quote.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork must be submitted in CMYK format with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Discounted Packaging™ is not responsible for color variations caused by format conversions or resolution issues in customer-provided files.
PROOFING & MATCHING
Customers must approve all artwork and specification sheets before production. Discounted Packaging™ is not responsible for errors overlooked by the customer, including design issues, spelling errors, or incorrect layouts. Screen proofs show layout only, not color accuracy.
To ensure accurate final output, customers are encouraged to print out proofs at 100% scale. For best color accuracy, a hard copy proof can be ordered for an additional fee.
MATERIALS
Standard materials used are not food-grade unless specifically requested in writing. Customers must communicate any special material requirements prior to placing the order.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING.
Discounted Packaging™ is not liable for errors caused by:
- Incorrect file formatting
- Misspellings and grammatical errors
- Inaccurate folding, slits, or cuts
- Incorrect product dimensions
COLOR ACCURACY
Colors may vary due to differences in monitors, printing processes, and materials. We do not guarantee exact color matches unless a hard copy proof is ordered. Final product color variation within a 10% tolerance is considered acceptable.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Discounted Packaging™, its partners, affiliates, and employees from any legal claims or disputes arising from content you submit, including unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation may not be possible or may incur fees. The cancellation process includes the following stages:
- Order placement
- Design processing
- Printing initiation
- Shipping
Cancellations in Stage 1 may incur a $15 fee plus 5% of the order value. Cancellations during Stage 2 will be subject to a minimum 20% fee. Orders in Stage 3 or later cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.
