Refund and Returns Policy

At Discounted Packaging, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality packaging products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve made our return policy as simple and clear as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Custom or personalized packaging (e.g., custom prints, custom sizes) is non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, simply follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the product name, and a reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of 5% of the product price will be applied to returns that meet the above criteria.
- This fee helps cover handling and restocking costs.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a full refund or exchange and cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for another item:
- Please follow the same steps as for returns.
- Depending on the stock availability, we will assist you with exchanging your product for one of equal or lesser value.
- If there is a price difference, we will either refund you the difference or request the additional payment.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable:
- Custom-designed or personalized products (e.g., custom printing, specific sizes).
- Sale items or clearance products (unless damaged or defective).
- Products that have been used, altered, or assembled.
